These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and b9gama ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website located at b9gama.net and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and digital services operated under the b9gama brand.

By accessing b9gama in any capacity – whether by browsing the website, creating an account, depositing funds, placing a wager, or participating in any promotion – you unconditionally accept these Terms in full. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using b9gama and close your account if one has been created.

Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

b9gama reserves the right to request supporting identity documentation at any stage to verify the information provided during registration. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

Each user is permitted to hold one (1) active b9gama account only. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or affiliated accounts by the same individual – whether using the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited. b9gama employs automated systems to detect duplicate registrations and will take immediate action upon detection, including the suspension of all associated accounts.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your b9gama account. This includes all wagers placed, all bonuses claimed, all deposits made, and all communications sent through your account interface. b9gama cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials.

• Your username and password must be kept strictly confidential at all times.
• You must not share account access with any other individual under any circumstances.
• b9gama recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect your account from unauthorised access.
• Accounts that have been inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant and subject to a monthly administration fee as disclosed in the fee schedule.

b9gama reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict any account at its absolute discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or regulatory requirements. Where an account is closed by b9gama without cause attributable to the user, any genuine funds held within the account will be returned via the original payment method subject to KYC completion.

b9gama operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion fees are applied by b9gama. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside b9gama's control.

Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods on b9gama include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. b9gama reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable prior notice provided to users where practicable.

• Withdrawal processing: JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are processed within one business day.
• KYC requirement: Full identity verification must be completed before the first withdrawal can be processed. b9gama may request additional documentation for subsequent withdrawals above specified thresholds.

Deposits must originate from payment accounts held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Where b9gama determines that a deposit originated from a payment source not registered to the account holder, the deposit may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

b9gama offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published alongside each individual promotion. The following general principles apply to all b9gama bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered b9gama account holders only. New player welcome bonuses are available once per individual, household, device, or IP address.

All games and betting markets offered on b9gama are governed by individual game rules and sport-specific betting rules that are available within the platform interface. The following general rules apply across all b9gama products:

• All wagers are final once confirmed. b9gama does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except where a void bet rule has been triggered under the applicable sport or game rules.

b9gama does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. b9gama makes all reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and security but cannot guarantee 100% uptime at all times.

b9gama collects, processes, stores, and uses your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept b9gama's Privacy Policy in its current form.

b9gama collects personal data for the following primary purposes: account registration and identity verification, processing financial transactions, complying with regulatory and legal obligations including KYC and AML requirements, providing customer support, and improving the platform experience.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which b9gama holds its gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any dispute regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with b9gama through good-faith negotiation by contacting the b9gama support team. b9gama commits to acknowledging formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and to providing a substantive response within 20 business days.
